Founder and Manager of Alcander, Fionnuala was previously Finance Director for a Group of recruitment companies. Prior to working in the recruitment sector, Fionnuala worked within the Financial Services sector for more than 10 years.

Fionnuala has in excess of 15 years experience overseeing the set-up and management of in-house and external client payrolls, always taking a proactive approach to ensure quality and service are maintained at the highest standards.

 

Tracy Mc Gann CPA

Also a qualified accountant, Tracy has worked for the last 20 years in an accounts environment, with the last ten years at Financial Controller level in various industries including distribution, manufacturing and hotel & restaurant environment.  The companies Tracy worked for were various sizes from small proprietary director run companies to Group structures with strict reporting deadines.

Emma Manning

Emma has spent the past 16 years working on a consultancy basis in various industries including retail, manufacturing, recruitment, construction and computer software. These companies were of varying size and Emma’s involvement ranged from accounts system setup and training to payroll and preparation of management accounts. Given the diverse nature of these companies Emma has gained considerable experience in many aspects of business, from day to day accounting to the implementation of cost control systems and reporting structures required for profitable business operation.
